Just wanted to take the opportunity to give a shout out for Cherie as we have been dealing with her in the process of vacate/ refurb/retenant in our Unit at 4/49 Guys rd.
Cherie went above and beyond on a number of fronts and in a way I haven't seen before...
The little things she did all add up to us feeling like we are valued as a Landlord, empowered as a Landlord and respected as a Landlord...
We are always keen to see our tenants treated well, but we also like to know that our investment is safe and kept in good order.
Cherie was also very accessible for day to day coms and never had to be perused for info and helped us navigate the new let well by only putting forward the best available options for new tenants. This, after some pretty thorough research.
She even did a little cleaning in our absence to get the 'bestest and shiniest' pics to upload... little things like that have meant a great deal to us and we feel our unit management is in good hands.
